So I know a lot of you might be thinking that cold-hearted, soulless Val once again just couldn't see past the sappiness sweetness to truly appreciate the poignancy here. And I'm not trying to compel others to do the same or not read this book. So please don't see my review as me not being able to "rise above" and see the good because that's not the case. But I chose not to because that's just my true opinion. It should be on people's tbr because it's a great book.Īnd I'm glad others are overlooking certain things and loving it. I'm not trying to disuade people from reading this. ![]() A lot of people say "I was able to overlook a, b, and c about the book and enjoy it" and "it's still on my tbr," and that's great. ![]()
